amigo ("we," "us") provides a B2B SMS-based service that helps sales leaders stay current on strategic accounts owned by members of their team. this policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
when a sales leader onboards a rep, we collect the rep's name, mobile phone number, and assigned strategic accounts. we collect the content of SMS messages exchanged with the service. we collect basic delivery metadata from our SMS provider (timestamps, delivery status).
we do not collect government IDs, financial information, health information, or precise location.
we use this information to operate the service: to send and receive messages, to generate context-aware questions about the rep's named accounts, and to share rep-provided account intelligence with the leader who onboarded them.
we use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the service.
we do not sell your information. we do not share mobile phone numbers or message content with third parties for their marketing. we do not use your information for advertising.
SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
messages exchanged between a rep and amigo are visible to the rep, to amigo, and to the leader (or their designated administrators) within the same tenant. they are not visible to other tenants.
we use a small number of vendors to operate the service, including:
these vendors process information only to provide their services to us.
we retain message content and account context for the duration of a tenant's subscription, plus a reasonable archival period. on request from a tenant administrator, we delete a rep's data within 30 days.
reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS. write to contact@get-amigo.com to request deletion or correction of your data, or to ask any question about this policy.
we use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation. no system is perfectly secure; we work to make ours reasonably so.
we may update this policy. material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date and, when appropriate, direct notice.
