amigo serves every customer from shared infrastructure, but your data is tagged to your team and walled off so it is only ever visible to people inside your organization. That separation is enforced at two independent layers — one in our application logic and one in the database itself — so a single mistake in one layer cannot expose your data to another customer.
We have audited and independently tested both layers. An authenticated user belonging to one company cannot read another company's data — a result we verified directly against the live database, not just in theory.
Every inbound message amigo receives — whether by SMS or Telegram — is cryptographically verified before it is processed. Messages that fail verification are rejected outright. This ensures amigo only acts on genuine messages from your reps and never on forged or replayed requests.
On request, we export your complete dataset — every record tied to your account — as a structured file you can keep. Nothing is held back behind a wall you cannot see past.
When you leave amigo, we permanently delete everything: your reps, accounts, conversations, and deal data, with no orphaned records left behind. You receive a deletion receipt confirming it is done. This is a real, irreversible deletion — not a record quietly flagged as hidden but kept.
Every decision a sales leader takes inside amigo is written to an append-only log that cannot be quietly altered or erased after the fact. The record of what happened stays intact.
